Shipping policy

Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $50: We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $50 to customers within the United States. Free shipping does not apply to customers outside of the United States.

Fast shipping: We aim to send your order the same or the following day of your order. We use shipping companies like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS to send the package. We will provide you with a tracking code and email it to you. If you choose to receive text message notifications, we will text you the tracking code. Please provide a phone number with your order.

Handling time: On average, we require between one and seven days to process an order. This may increase to two weeks during new releases, the holiday season, or sales.

We aren't Amazon, so please don't expect a tracking number within the hour. We are hustling in the background and customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We promise it's worth the wait.

Transit time: On average, a product will require 3 to 7 business days to arrive. This includes UPS Ground and USPS Priority. This timeframe is an estimate provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping logistics, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, they are solely responsible for the speed and efficiency of its delivery. While we strive to ensure timely processing and shipment, we do not have direct influence over the duration of transit. If you have concerns about delivery time, we recommend checking directly with the carrier for further details on your shipment's progress.

Cutoff time: Customers must complete their order by 5 PM to start the clock on their transit time. Friday and weekend orders usually get fulfilled the following Monday. 

Wholesale orders: We offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders to qualified vendors. Handling and transit time can take one to three weeks.

The tracking says your package was delivered, but it's not there. Please wait one additional business day before reaching out. Most of the time, your package will arrive the following day. Tracking information provided by DHL, USPS, FedEx, and UPS and real-time location can sometimes be disconnected. If after one business day, it still isn't delivered, let us know, and please contact your local USPS, DHL, or UPS station. They will be able to provide you with the most relevant information. Checking with your neighbors is a good idea, too!

Is your shipment taking longer than expected to arrive? While rare, this does occasionally happen. We ask for your patience as we work with the shipping carrier to try and figure out the location of your package. If the package is determined to be lost, we will ship out a replacement. This process can take 1-2 weeks, depending on the shipping carrier.

Is your package missing? If delivery of your package is verified, but you still don't have your package, we may be able to file a claim on your behalf. That said, Vaucluse Gear is not responsible for refunding or reimbursing customers for packages where tracking shows as delivered. Porch pirates are particularly common, especially during the holidays. If you'd like a required signature for delivery, please let us know: support@vauclusegear.com.
